Pug Drop · SproutSpark

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

Pug Drop is a puzzle game from Pullerits Group Inc., operating as SproutSpark, Ontario, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you play.

Play offline, with no separate Pug Drop account. Your pile and preferences stay on your device. Optional leaderboards use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games. Native versions can offer Google AdMob ads and a one-time purchase to remove automatic ads; availability depends on the version and store configuration.

Information We Collect

We do not operate an account, analytics, or game-save server for Pug Drop. Native versions include Google AdMob advertising and platform purchase integrations, which process information when those services are enabled and used. There are no subscriptions.

Advertising, consent, store, and leaderboard services process information as explained below. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send.

How the App Works

The game, artwork, sounds, and physics run on your device. Playing does not require an internet connection. Your saved pile, current score, personal best, reached pug tiers, audio settings, and tutorial progress are stored locally so you can return to your game. Local monetization state includes active-play ad timers, reward eligibility, a pending next-run shake reward, and the last known purchase entitlement. Consent choices are also stored by the consent SDK.

The app also stores completed-round identifiers, pending leaderboard scores, and their associated platform player identifiers locally. This allows retries and helps prevent a score assigned to one gaming account from being submitted to another.

Device backups and restores, where available, are handled by your operating system and account settings. They are not a Pug Drop cloud-save service.

Leaderboards and Third-Party Services

Optional online rankings are provided by Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games on Android. When signed in, completed-round scores are submitted to the applicable service to maintain your best score. Pending submissions may be retried when connectivity returns or the app becomes active. Open Leaderboard after a game ends to view rankings or sign in; offline play remains available without signing in.

Your score is associated with your gaming profile. Your gamer name, avatar, and score may be visible to other players under the provider’s rules and your profile settings. The providers may process game activity, device information, and diagnostics to operate and improve their services. Google Play Games may authenticate an existing profile when the app opens; Pug Drop does not automatically open profile creation during gameplay.

Apple or Google handles platform credentials. Pug Drop does not ask for or receive your platform password, and does not request your email address or friends list for its leaderboard interface. Apple and Android rankings are separate.

Read Game Center & Privacy and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage sign-in, profile visibility, parental restrictions, and platform data through the relevant provider’s settings.

The Third-party licences screen contains notices for software used in Pug Drop. The native apps include advertising and consent SDKs in addition to the offline game engine.

Advertising and Privacy Choices

When advertising is enabled, Google AdMob can show full-screen ads at finished-run transitions and optional rewarded ads. Automatic ads are kept out of the tutorial and active gameplay. An optional reward gives one starting shake for your next run; it does not change the score of your finished run. Buying Remove automatic ads removes forced interstitial ads; optional reward ads remain available.

Google’s advertising SDK may process your IP address (including an estimate of general location), device and app information, identifiers where available and permitted, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Google uses information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and maintain its services. The data and ad behavior depend on your region, consent, device settings, and the enabled SDK features. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing.

Google’s User Messaging Platform manages applicable privacy messages and choices before the app requests ads. When required by that service, Ad privacy choices appears in the app menu so you can review or change your choices. Device privacy controls also apply. Declining an optional reward does not require you to watch an automatic ad, and unavailable ads do not block play.

For more information, read Google’s advertising privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy. Advertising services may process data outside your country under the provider’s applicable safeguards and retention practices. The app does not send your saved pile or leaderboard profile to AdMob through its own advertising interface.

Sharing a Score and Opening Links

If you choose Share score, the app opens your device’s sharing interface with a text summary. You choose the destination and whether to send it. The selected service handles that information under its own policy. Copying, where available, happens only when you request it.

Opening an external link from a legal screen uses your browser or email app. That app and the destination service apply their own privacy practices. Pug Drop does not send a support email simply because you open an email link.

Purchases

The one-time Remove automatic ads product is sold through Apple’s App Store or Google Play when available. The store processes payment and provides product, transaction, purchase-state, and entitlement information so the app can unlock and restore the purchase. A local entitlement cache helps retain access while offline. We do not receive or store your payment-card details through the game. The store retains transaction records under its policies; deleting the app does not erase those records or cancel a completed purchase. Use Restore purchases with the same store account to recover an eligible purchase.

Children’s Privacy

Pug Drop does not ask players for their age, name, or contact details. Parents and guardians can manage device access, screen time, sharing, purchase permissions, and gaming-profile restrictions. Advertising and consent services have their own age-related rules; Pug Drop is not represented as a child-directed or Kids-category app. Platform age limits and parental controls govern access to Game Center and Google Play Games. Children can play offline when those services are unavailable or restricted.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support message, contact us so we can address it.

Keeping and Deleting Information

Local progress and preferences remain until replaced through play, cleared using applicable app-storage controls, or removed when the app is deleted. Starting again clears the current round but can retain your personal best and preferences. Removing local app data can also remove scores that have not yet been submitted.

Deleting Pug Drop does not delete scores, advertising information, or purchase records already held by Apple or Google. Use their account, privacy, advertising, and gaming-data controls for platform records, and manage operating-system backups separately. Where available, use Ad privacy choices in the app to update advertising preferences before deleting it.

If you contact us, we use your message and contact information to respond and resolve the request. Support correspondence may be kept while needed for that purpose or to meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent to us; we may need to verify your request. We cannot retrieve your locally saved pile.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app or its data practices change. The revised policy and effective date will be available in the app and at the privacy-policy address listed in the app store.
